Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions are applicable to all website development/design services offered by BookNow Websites to the Client.

Acceptance

It is not mandatory for the Client to formally sign an acceptance of these terms; by accepting a quote, the Client is considered to have understood and agreed to the terms in full. Please review these terms carefully as any purchase or use of our services implies acknowledgment and acceptance of these conditions.

Charges

Charges are outlined in our project quotation sent to the Client via email. All overseas client website services require full payment in advance. For UK website design services, an initial payment of at least 50% is due before work commences, with the remaining 50% upon completion. Payment is made via bank transfer, and bank details will be provided on invoices.

Client Review

The Client has the opportunity to review the website during design and at project completion. Materials will be deemed accepted and approved unless the Client informs BookNow Websites otherwise within ten (5) days of availability.

Turnaround Time and Content Control

BookNow Websites aims to provide the Client’s website by the agreed-upon date, contingent on the Client’s timely cooperation. The Client may request minor adjustments within 14 days of the live date. After this period, changes may incur charges at the standard hourly rate.

Payment

Invoices are sent via email, and payment is due upon receipt. Unpaid accounts after thirty (30) days will incur a service charge.

Additional Expenses

The Client agrees to reimburse BookNow Websites for any extra expenses required for project completion. Examples of such expenses may include the purchase of special fonts, stock photography, etc.

Web Browsers

Efforts are made to ensure compatibility with commonly used browsers. BookNow Websites cannot guarantee functionality with all older browsers. The Client acknowledges this and also understands that browser updates may necessitate additional work.

Default

Accounts unpaid for thirty (30) days will be considered in default. BookNow Websites may remove material from its web space for defaulting clients.

Termination

Client-initiated termination must be in writing and takes effect upon receipt. Invoices for work completed up to the cancellation date must be paid within thirty (30) days.

Indemnity

Clients agree to indemnify BookNow Websites from any claims resulting from the Client’s use of services.

Copyright

The Client retains copyright to provided data, files, and logos. The Client grants BookNow Websites the right to publish and use such material. Proper permissions must be obtained for third-party copyrighted material.

Standard Media Delivery

This Agreement assumes that text is provided in electronic format and photographs in high-quality formats.

Domain Names

BookNow Websites may purchase domain names on behalf of the Client. Payment and renewal are the Client’s responsibility.

General

These Terms and Conditions supersede all prior agreements and are accepted through the Client’s signature or advance fee payment.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by English Law.

Liability

BookNow Websites disclaims liability for inaccuracies, omissions, delays, or errors. Liability is limited to charges paid for the Services under this Agreement.

Severability

If any provision is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain unaffected. The Agreement is not void for this reason alone.
